NewTimeSpace News: On 9 October 2026, Binhai Investment Company Limited (stock code: 02886) published a Next Day Disclosure Return, disclosing that it repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong on that day, to be held as treasury shares, at prices ranging from HK$ 1.165 to HK$ 1.18 per share, with a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$ 1.1714 per share and a total consideration of approximately HK$ 117,140.

Following the repurchase, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 1,363,729,112 to 1,363,629,112, while treasury shares increased from 19,526,000 to 19,626,000; the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 1,383,255,112. The change in issued shares represented approximately 0.0073% of the existing number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) before the relevant event.

The Company's buy-back mandate was approved by resolution on 8 May 2026, permitting the repurchase of up to 136,644,711 shares; as at this repurchase, the Company had repurchased 2,818,000 shares under the mandate, representing approximately 0.206% of the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) as at the date the buy-back mandate resolution was passed. Under the Listing Rules, the Company may not issue new shares or sell or transfer any treasury shares during the period from this repurchase up to 8 November 2026.
