GIGADEVICE (03986.HK): September buyback reaches 789,600 shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 October 2026, GigaDevice Semiconductor Inc. (stock code: 03986.HK) published the full text of its A-share repurchase progress announcement filed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website. In September 2026, the Company repurchased 789,600 shares through centralized bidding, representing 0.11% of its total share capital, at a maximum price of RMB 385.00 and a minimum of RMB 358.03 per share, for RMB 293.5463 million excluding costs.

As at 30 September 2026, the cumulative buyback reached 2.4519 million shares, or 0.35% of total share capital, at RMB 358.03 to RMB 411.95 per share, for RMB 948.0124 million excluding costs. The plan was approved at a board meeting on 31 July 2026 and an EGM on 20 August 2026, with an intended size of RMB 1 billion to RMB 2 billion at no more than RMB 750 per share, and the shares will be cancelled to reduce registered capital.
