HERBS GROUP (02593.HK): Change of Company Secretary and Authorised Representative

On 7 Oct 2026, HERBS GROUP (02593.HK) said its company secretary and authorised representative changed, with the Group's co-CFO appointed the same day.

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 October 2026, Herbs Generation Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 02593) announced that the outgoing company secretary (曾庆煊) has resigned as the Company's company secretary and as the Company's authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from 7 October 2026; he has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and that there are no matters relating to his resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the Stock Exchange and the Company's shareholders.

Following that resignation, the board announced that the incoming company secretary (于霑逊) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorised representative with effect from 7 October 2026. He is the Group's co-chief financial officer, principally responsible for overseeing the Group's corporate finance and financial reporting. He joined the Group in October 2026 and has over 15 years of experience in accounting and auditing in Hong Kong; he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in accounting) from Macquarie University in Australia in September 2009, and is a member of CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The announcement stated that the incoming company secretary meets the qualification requirements for a company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules; the board took the opportunity to thank the outgoing company secretary for his valuable contributions during his tenure and to welcome the new appointee.
