SFSY ENERGY (00750.HK): Liupanshui 35MW Reconstruction Completed

NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Limited (stock code: 00750.HK) announced an update on the Reconstruction of 35MW capacity of the Liupanshui Project under its major transaction involving the acquisition of 100% equity interest in the target company, and announced that the Reconstruction has been completed in accordance with the New Reconstruction Plan.

The announcement made reference to the circular of the Company dated 30 April 2026, and to the Company's announcements dated 16 July 2026 and 21 October 2025 in relation to, amongst others, the Equity Transfer Agreement and the Reconstruction of 35MW capacity of the Liupanshui Project.
