NewTimeSpace News: On 30 September 2026, Perfect Medical Health Management Limited (stock code: 01830.HK) announced that Mr. Ji Zhixiong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of each of the audit and nomination committees with effect from 30 September 2026, as he wishes to devote more time to other business.
Mr. Ji confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and that no matters relating to his resignation need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or the Exchange. The Board thanked him for his valuable contributions during his tenure. The Board further announced that Mr. Qi Shichang, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed chairman of the remuneration committee with effect from 30 September 2026. Following the change, the remuneration committee comprises Mr. Qi Shichang (chairman), Ms. Xu Huimin and Ms. Cao Yiping.
