(stock code: 01745.HK) announced that Lu Jia Technology Holdings Limited, wholly owned by controlling shareholder Mr. Zang Weizhong, acquired 1,000,000 shares of the Company through off-market transactions for a total consideration of HKD 2,930,000, or HKD 2.93 per share. Following the acquisition, the aggregate interest of Mr. Zang and his concert parties rose from 16,757,413 shares (33.11%) to 17,757,413 shares (35.08%), with Lu Jia Technology's stake rising from 13,081,662 shares (25.84%) to 14,081,662 shares (27.82%).
The Board considers that the acquisition demonstrates Mr. Zang's confidence in the Company's prospects and growth potential. The acquisition will not trigger a mandatory general offer obligation, and the Company has maintained a sufficient public float.
