MSCTECH (01632.HK): Appoints Independent Investigator; Trading Suspended

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 September 2026, Minshang Creative Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 01632.HK) announced that Acclime Corporate Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited (Acclime), an independent third party investigator, has been engaged by the Special Investigation Committee to investigate the Matter. In engaging Acclime, the committee has considered a number of factors, including Acclime's market reputation, capabilities and track records, its technical capabilities, manpower and other available resources and past experience in providing independent investigation services to companies listed on the Stock Exchange, as well as its independence from the Group and objectivity in conducting the investigation; the committee considers Acclime capable and suitable to act as the independent investigator.

Trading in the shares of the Company on the Stock Exchange has been suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 2 July 2026 and will remain suspended until further notice. The Company will make further announcement(s) as and when appropriate to update the Shareholders and potential investors of the Company on the latest progress of the Investigation.
