MINTH GROUP (00425.HK): H1 Attributable Profit RMB1.43bn, up 12.3%; No Interim Dividend

NewTimeSpace News: On 28 September 2026, MINTH GROUP (stock code: 00425) published its 2026 interim report: for the six months ended 30 June 2026, the Group's turnover was approximately RMB13,408,353,000, up about 9.1% from approximately RMB12,286,969,000 in the same period of 2025; profit attributable to owners of the Company was approximately RMB1,434,144,000, up about 12.3% from approximately RMB1,276,562,000; basic earnings per share were RMB1.235 (2025 interim: RMB1.120) and diluted earnings per share RMB1.220.

By segment, body structural parts (formerly battery boxes) generated turnover of approximately RMB4,512,813,000 (33.7% of total, up about 26.0%), plastic parts RMB3,231,656,000 (24.1%), metal and trim RMB2,738,608,000 (20.4%) and aluminium parts RMB2,398,873,000 (17.9%). By region, EMEA revenue grew about 16.0% to approximately RMB4,936,579,000, Japan and Korea rose about 48.8%, the Americas grew about 8.5%, while China slipped about 0.6% to approximately RMB4,281,292,000.

The board resolved not to declare an interim dividend for the current or prior period; during the period the Group repurchased 1,000,000 shares for a total cost of RMB25,773,000, and the final dividend of HK$0.764 per share for 2025 was recognised as a distribution. In January 2026, subsidiary精确实业completed a public offering of 21,000,000 new shares at NT$50 each, diluting the Group's stake to 34.54%, with proceeds from non-controlling shareholders of NT$745,267,000 (approximately RMB158,965,000). The Group received its first MSCI ESG A rating during the period.

The report also disclosed new-order breakthroughs in battery boxes and body structural parts, including battery box and chassis structural parts for Toyota's Shanghai plant, structural parts for Toyota Japan, the first wins in Mercedes-Benz anti-collision beam and Honda hybrid battery box businesses, and the battery box order for Hyundai-Kia's best-selling model in Europe, making the Group its largest battery box supplier in Europe. The AI-server liquid cooling system has been delivered at scale to a Taiwan customer, and the robot face-mask product won an order from a mainstream North American robotics customer in July 2026.
