NewTimeSpace News: On 25 September 2026, Ta Yang Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 01991) announced a further delay in the despatch of the circular relating to the proposed capital reorganisation and proposed rights issue: the circular was originally expected to be despatched on or before 25 September 2026, and the expected date is now delayed to on or before 9 October 2026, as the Company needs additional time to prepare and finalise the information contained in the circular.

The circular will contain, among other things, details of the capital reorganisation, further details of the rights issue, a letter of recommendation from the independent board committee to independent shareholders, a letter of advice from the independent financial adviser, the notice of the extraordinary general meeting and other disclosures required under the Listing Rules. Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 5 February 2026 and thirteen subsequent delay announcements up to 14 September 2026, making this another postponement.

The expected timetable for the proposed capital reorganisation and rights issue remains under review, and the Company will issue an announcement containing the revised expected timetable as soon as practicable. The announcement was signed by Chairman Shi Qi in Hong Kong.
