ZHIDA TECH (02650.HK): Completes placing of 23,670,550 new H shares

NewTimeSpace News: On 25 September 2026, Shanghai Zhida Technology Development Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02650) announced that the placing has been completed on 25 September 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement, with an aggregate of 23,670,550 placing shares successfully placed by the placing agent on a best-efforts basis at the placing price of HKD 8.77 per placing share to not fewer than six placees. To the best of the Directors' knowledge, information and belief having made all reasonable enquiries, each of the placees and their respective ultimate beneficial owners is a third party independent of and not connected with the Company and its connected persons, and none of the placees has become a substantial shareholder of the Company immediately after completion of the placing.

The net proceeds from the placing amounted to approximately HKD 203.44 million.
