(stock code: 09607) announced that the offer price for its global offering has been determined at HKD 44.00 per H share, excluding a 1.0% brokerage fee, a 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, a 0.00565% Stock Exchange trading fee and a 0.00015% AFRC transaction levy.

The Company expects to announce the level of interest in the international offering, the level of applications in the Hong Kong public offering, the basis of allotment of the Hong Kong offer shares and the details of the allotment results of the Hong Kong public offering on Monday, 28 September 2026 in the manner set out in the prospectus. Assuming that the global offering becomes unconditional at or before 8:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, the H shares are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on 29 September 2026, and the H shares will be traded in board lots of 100 H shares.
