(the "Company") published an overseas regulatory announcement reproducing its announcement on a shareholder's share reduction plan published on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. As of the disclosure date, shareholder WLT Partners, L.P. ("WLT") held 45,012,524 shares of the Company, representing 3.69% of the total share capital, with the shares sourced from pre-IPO holdings; WLT's limited partners include directors and senior management of the Company.

The announcement disclosed that the Company recently received a notification letter from WLT stating that, due to funding needs for equity incentive exercises by its limited partners, WLT intends to reduce its shareholding by up to 2,330,000 shares through centralized bidding, representing no more than 0.19% of the total share capital; the reduction will be conducted within three months from 2 November 2026 to 1 February 2027, with the price determined by market price. WLT's party acting in concert is Shanghai Rongying Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), which holds 25,677,987 shares (2.10%); together they hold 70,690,511 shares (5.79%).

The Company stated that over the past 12 months, Shanghai Rongying reduced 11,451,451 shares (0.94%) between 10 October 2025 and 9 January 2026 at prices ranging from RMB 112.79 to 155.52, and sold 12,228,000 shares (1.00%) at RMB 250.08 on 28 May 2026 through the offering-inquiry transfer method. All such percentages are calculated based on the Company's current total share capital of 1,220,538,021 shares.
