TIMES ELECTRIC (03898.HK): INED Lin Zhaofeng resigns, successor at EGM

NewTimeSpace News: On 24 September 2026, Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd. (stock code: 03898.HK) announced that the Board recently received a resignation letter from Mr. Lin Zhaofeng, an independent non-executive director (INED) of the eighth Board. He resigned for other work commitments and stepped down as audit committee and remuneration committee chairman and a member of the risk control committee. The resignation takes effect when a successor INED is elected at the Company's forthcoming EGM, and Mr. Lin will continue to perform his duties until then.

Mr. Lin confirmed he has no disagreement with the Board and no matters relating to his resignation need to be reported to the Exchange and shareholders.
