NewTimeSpace News: On 24 September 2026, Medtide Inc. (stock code: 03880.HK) announced on a voluntary basis that, to advance capacity planning for its peptide and oligonucleotide CDMO business, the Group signed an acquisition agreement for an industrial site and buildings in Qiantang District, Hangzhou, and the acquisition was completed as at the date of the announcement. It will serve as phase one of its large-scale CDMO production base, covering about 30 mu with factory buildings of about 13,500 sq m.
The Group plans large-scale peptide API production lines with designed annual capacity of 3-5 tonnes, subject to construction, equipment commissioning, regulatory approvals and market demand, and intends to consolidate an adjacent 56 mu plot as phase two for a park of about 86 mu in total. Construction progress, production timing and capacity ramp-up remain subject to approvals, construction, commissioning and demand, and are subject to uncertainty.
