QH BIO PHARMA (00876.HK): Name Changed, New Stock Short Name from 28 Sept
NewTimeSpace News: On 23 September 2026, Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical Group Limited (formerly known as Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited) (stock code: 00876.HK) announced that, subsequent to the approval of the Change of Company Name by the Shareholders at the special general meeting, the name of the Company has been changed from "Kaisa Health Group Holdings Limited" to "Qinghai Biotech Pharmaceutical Group Limited", and "青海生物製藥集團有限公司" has been adopted as the Company's secondary name in Chinese in place of the previous Chinese name, both with effect from 3 September 2026. The Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name of Registered Non-Hong Kong Company was issued by the Companies Registry in Hong Kong on 18 September 2026, confirming the registration of the Company's new English and Chinese names in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
The stock short name of the Shares for trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be changed from "KAISA HEALTH" to "QH BIO PHARMA" in English and from "佳兆業健康" to "青海生物製藥" in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 28 September 2026. The stock code of the Company remains unchanged as "876". The Company's website will be changed from "www.kaisahealth.com" to "佳兆业健康集团控股有限公司" with effect from the date of the announcement, and the new company logo will be adopted.
The Company stated that the Change of Company Name and the change of company logo will not affect any rights of the Shareholders or the Group's daily business operations and financial position. All existing certificates of securities bearing the former name and former logo will continue to be valid as evidence of legal title and remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery, and no arrangements will be made for the exchange of existing share certificates for new ones.
