Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 December 2020 and subsequent dates regarding, among other things, the adoption of the share award scheme (the Scheme) and the purchase of shares under the Scheme. On 23 September 2026, pursuant to the rules of the Scheme and the trust deed, the trustee purchased an aggregate of 142,000 shares (the Share Purchase) in the market, to be held on trust for the benefit of the selected participants.

Details of the Share Purchase are as follows: the total number of shares purchased is 142,000; the purchased shares represent approximately 0.021% of the total issued shares as at the date of this announcement; the average purchase price per share is approximately HK$0.84; and the total consideration for the purchased shares (excluding transaction costs) is approximately HK$119,000. The trustee's shareholding balance immediately following the Share Purchase is 50,000,000 shares, representing approximately 7.42% of the total issued shares as at the date of this announcement.

The Board believes that the Company's current share price seriously undervalues its relevant value, presenting a good opportunity to purchase shares for future grant under the Scheme; the Company is confident about its business prospects and outlook, and will continue to closely monitor market conditions and its trading share price and instruct the trustee to make share purchases under the Scheme as appropriate. The Board will continuously review and at its absolute discretion determine the number of award shares to be granted to selected participants and the relevant vesting conditions under the Scheme.
