UNI HEALTH (02211.HK): Capital Reorganisation Effective 23 September 2026

NewTimeSpace News: On 22 September 2026, Universal Health International Group Holding Limited (stock code: 02211.HK) announced that all conditions of the Capital Reorganisation set out in the Company's circular dated 27 August 2026 have been fulfilled, and the Capital Reorganisation will become effective on Wednesday, 23 September 2026. Dealings in the Adjusted Shares will commence at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on the same day.

Shareholders may, on or after 23 September 2026 until 28 October 2026 (both days inclusive), submit share certificates for the Existing Shares (light yellow) to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited to exchange, at the Company's expense, for new light blue certificates for the Adjusted Shares. Thereafter, a fee of HKD 2.50 applies for each certificate submitted for cancellation or each new certificate issued, whichever number is higher. All existing certificates remain valid as evidence of title and continue to be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery.
