ANDRE JUICE (02218.HK): Executive Director Wang Meng Buys 380,000 H Shares at ~HK$20.55, Lifting Stake

The board was notified by Ms. Wang Meng, an executive director, that on 22 September 2026 she acquired an aggregate of 380,000 H shares of the Company at an average price of approximately HK$20.55 per share, in her own name. Immediately following the increase, Ms. Wang is deemed to hold 143,377,960 A shares (43.73% of total issued share capital) and 9,274,500 H shares (2.83%) of the Company.

The announcement disclosed that Ms. Wang's controlled interests comprise: (a) 100% of Donghua Fruit Industry Co., Ltd., holding 55,367,459 A shares (16.89%); (b) 45% of Shandong Andre Group Co., Ltd., holding 48,608,540 A shares (14.82%); (c) 100% of China Pingan Investment Holdings Limited, holding 39,401,961 A shares (12.02%); (d) 100% of Hong An International Investment Limited, holding 8,894,500 H shares (2.71%); and (e) the shares acquired in this increase. These interests are aggregated to constitute her total shareholding in the Company.

Ms. Wang stated that, subject to market conditions and applicable laws and regulations, she does not rule out the possibility of further increasing her shareholding in the Company through on-market purchases in the future.
