EDVANCE INTL (01410.HK): Partners with Singapore's CWG to Co-develop AI Agent Platform RealRelay.ai, Based in Singapore

NewTimeSpace News: On 22 September 2026, Edenwise International Holdings Limited (the "Company") announced that its indirectly wholly-owned Singapore-incorporated subsidiary, Paradise Matrix Pte. Ltd., has engaged Singapore-based service provider CWG Innovations Pte. Ltd. to co-develop with the Group an integrated AI agent platform, RealRelay.ai; and on 22 September 2026 formally entered into a strategic cooperation agreement setting out clear division of responsibilities. Leveraging its expertise in cybersecurity product distribution, the Group will primarily commercialise the platform to generate subscription fee income, while CWG will be responsible for the platform's day-to-day operations, maintenance, management and administration. The initial term of the agreement is three years from the agreement date and may be renewed by mutual written agreement.

The announcement disclosed that RealRelay.ai is an integrated AI agent platform that enables users to create, govern and deploy AI agents without coding, integrating over 300 mainstream third-party AI models through a single interface with intelligent routing to select the appropriate model for each task. The platform supports cloud, on-premise and air-gapped deployment configurations, allowing customers to retain their own keys and connect their local models. A distinctive feature embeds security into the architecture: a built-in security agent performs five-stage assessments across more than 20 vulnerability categories, including controlled attack testing, remediation guidance and automatic re-testing upon any agent change.

The platform will be operated in Singapore, which will serve as the Group's base for promoting the platform across ASEAN, complementing its Hong Kong headquarters. The parties will initially focus on the Singapore market and plan to expand to other ASEAN markets. The board believes the collaboration allows the Group to bring native AI products to market in a timely manner at lower development cost, and to build subscription- and usage-based revenue on its existing client relationships and vertical-specific IP to supplement current distribution and service income. The Group held the APEX Bootcamp: RealRelay Edition in Singapore on 12–13 September 2026, which was oversubscribed, and all participating teams delivered a working minimum viable product AI agent on the platform before the event concluded.
