NewTimeSpace News: On 22 September 2026, Smart Globe Holdings Limited (stock code: 01481) reported its interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. Revenue amounted to approximately HKD 190.7 million, up 86.1% year on year, and profit attributable to owners of the Company was approximately HKD 14.0 million, compared with HKD 8.4 million a year earlier, an increase of 66.4%, reflecting a significant improvement in interim performance.
The announcement disclosed that revenue growth was mainly driven by strong logistics demand in the supply chain management services segment, whose revenue reached approximately HKD 145.2 million, surging 206.7% and accounting for about 76.1% of total revenue, making it the Group's largest operating segment, while the printing segment's revenue fell 17.5% to approximately HKD 45.5 million. Gross profit was approximately HKD 37.2 million, up 52.4%, and profit for the period was approximately HKD 18.5 million.
As of 30 June 2026, the Group's truck fleet expanded to 121 vehicles from 62 at the end of 2025, comprising 103 flatbed trucks and 18 dump trucks, and it made significant progress in building the Cosmoslink Logistics Park in Sakania, Zambia. The board does not recommend an interim dividend and continues to advance its "cargo-trade integration" strategy in sub-Saharan Africa. Cash and cash equivalents stood at approximately HKD 58.9 million, with a gearing ratio of about 16.7%.
