NewTimeSpace News: On 22 September 2026, Sam Woo Construction Group Limited (stock code: 03822.HK) announced on a voluntary basis that the Group has recently been awarded a construction contract to carry out foundation works for a project in the Northern Metropolis. The contract sum, including any contingent sums and/or provisional contract amounts, is expected to be not more than HKD 200 million, subject to the actual quantity of works, with the works expected to be completed in the first half of 2027.
The announcement was made voluntarily to keep shareholders and potential investors informed of the Group's latest business development. The Board confirmed that no profit forecast or estimate of the Group has been made in connection with the award of the construction contract.
