NewTimeSpace News: On 21 September 2026, Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 3378) said in a voluntary announcement that it signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement and an XtalPi Science technology platform usage authorization agreement (together, the "Agreements") with Shenzhen XtalPi Technology Co., Ltd. (an independent third party) to explore applications of AI for Science in antibody design, innovative molecule design and drug R&D process optimization.
Under the Agreements, the Company plans to procure and use XtalPi Science platform services and usage quotas as needed, with XtalPi providing platform capabilities and technical support. The initial application scenarios to be explored include using AI models, computing power and agents to assist the design, analysis and optimization of biologics candidate molecules; designing XDC payloads with special functions; and custom-designing other candidate molecules and key functional modules.
Centred on the commercial procurement and application of XtalPi Science products and services, the cooperation aims to optimize the Company's biologics screening and molecule optimization process, with the potential to raise R&D efficiency and success rates, shorten R&D cycles, cut R&D costs and accelerate FIC and BIC drug development.
