NewTimeSpace News: On 21 September 2026, China International Capital Corporation Limited (stock code: 03908) announced the seventh tranche of its 2026 corporate bonds to professional investors, sized at no more than RMB 6 billion across two series, one 5-year and one 7-year, both with investor put options. Rate inquiry is set for 22 September 2026. The programme's registered amount is no more than RMB 80 billion, approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on 13 August 2026 (Zheng Jian Xu Ke [2026] No. 2083), and this is the second issuance under the registration. The coupon inquiry range is 1.10% to 2.10% for series one and 1.20% to 2.20% for series two.
China Chengxin International Credit Rating Co., Ltd. rated the issuer and the bonds AAA. The bonds have no credit enhancement and target institutional investors only.
