NewTimeSpace News: On 21 September 2026, Jinhui Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 00137.HK) announced that indirect subsidiaries Jinmao Marine Inc. and Jinquan Marine Inc., each about 55.69% owned, signed shipbuilding contracts with Jiangmen Nanyang Ship Engineering Co., Ltd. for two 64,500 dwt bulk carriers at USD 35,700,000 (about HKD 278,460,000) each, or USD 71,400,000 in total, for delivery in 2029.
The price is payable in four instalments ending on delivery, backed by bank refund guarantees and an irrevocable guarantee from Jinhui Shipping, the buyers' holding company. About 65% will be bank funded, the rest from internal resources.
