CR HOLDINGS (01911.HK): Unit acts as sole financial adviser on SiliconFlow funding rounds

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 September 2026, China Renaissance Holdings Limited (stock code: 1911) published a voluntary announcement that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Renaissance Pan-Asia Investment Advisors (Beijing) Co., Ltd. acted as sole financial adviser and successfully assisted Beijing SiliconFlow Technology Co., Ltd. in completing its Series B+ second tranche and Series C financings.

The announcement stated that the two rounds attracted support from multiple types of investors, including national-level funds, central and local state-owned background investors, industrial capital and professional investment institutions, as well as follow-on investment from certain existing shareholders. SiliconFlow is an artificial intelligence inference token provider offering serverless token services, dedicated instances and on-premises deployment solutions.

The announcement noted that, leveraging its independent and open platform positioning, leading inference optimisation capabilities and diversified product portfolio, SiliconFlow further expanded its commercial operations in the first half of 2026, with all of the above products and services growing rapidly and its enterprise customers and overseas business continuing to expand.
