HANSOH PHARMA (03692.HK): HS-10374 meets co-primary endpoints in Phase III psoriasis trial

NewTimeSpace News: On 21 September 2026, Hansoh Pharmaceutical Group Company Limited (stock code: 3692) published a voluntary announcement that HS-10374, the Group's self-developed selective allosteric inhibitor of tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2), met the co-primary endpoints in a pivotal Phase III clinical trial for adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis.

The announcement stated that at week 16, the proportion of patients in the HS-10374 group achieving at least a 75% reduction from baseline in the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI 75), and the proportion achieving a static Physician's Global Assessment (sPGA) score of 0 or 1 with at least a 2-point reduction from baseline (sPGA 0/1), were both significantly higher than in the placebo group. The trial also met multiple secondary endpoints: at week 16, more than half of the patients treated with HS-10374 achieved a PASI 90 response and nearly one third achieved a PASI 100 response. HS-10374 also demonstrated good safety and tolerability, with a safety profile similar to other TYK2 inhibitors and no new safety signals observed.

Based on these positive results, the Group will shortly commence communications with the relevant regulatory authorities and carry out preparatory work to advance a new drug application in China. The announcement noted that the study results are planned to be presented at an upcoming dermatology academic conference.
