Mr. Shao, aged 55, graduated from the Central South University of Technology (now Central South University) with a bachelor's degree in engineering. He is a professor-level senior engineer and a Class 1 registered construction engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry and corporate management, and is currently the chairman of Beijing Construction Engineering Road and Bridge Group Co., Ltd.
