NewTimeSpace News: On 16 September 2026, China Ruyi Holdings Limited (stock code: 00136.HK) published an inside information announcement disclosing the Group's artificial intelligence (AI) strategy and its application across core business segments. The Group is connecting script creation, asset generation, distribution operations and user interaction through AI technology, and has deepened its application in streaming and self-produced content (platforms such as Pumpkin Film), film production (using cloud rendering capacity to shorten the production cycle of large visual effects) and game development (applying its overseas computing reserves to large model training for self-developed games and building AI non-player characters with AI agents such as C-LIVE), and has made a strategic investment in Aishi Technology, an AI video technology company.

The announcement disclosed that on 16 September 2026, Virtual Cinema Culture Limited, a subsidiary of the Group, entered into a cloud service agreement with an independent third party, Superpower X AI (Singapore) Technology Pte. Ltd., with an initial service term of 60 months (five years) from the actual service commencement date and an option to renew for an additional 12 months once upon expiry; the customer shall, upon fulfilment or waiver of certain conditions precedent, prepay the service fees in a lump sum equal to the total monthly recurring charges payable over the entire initial service term, to be offset monthly during the term; the supplier shall ensure that the services meet the agreed service level standards and provide service level credits if they fall short, and shall at all times retain ownership, possession and operational control of the relevant controlled hardware. Subject to prioritising its internal core R&D and production needs, the Group may use idle AIGC platform resources and cloud computing capacity to serve comparable industry demand, which is an ancillary business only. The announcement also cautioned that the business plans and commercial arrangements remain subject to uncertainties including technological development progress, the supply of computing resources, market acceptance, commercialisation results and regulatory requirements.
