DIT GROUP (00726.HK): Appoints Chen Aiguo as Executive Director with Annual Remuneration of About HKD 120,000

NewTimeSpace News: On 16 September 2026, DIT Group Limited (stock code: 00726.HK) announced that Mr. Chen Aiguo has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 16 September 2026. Mr. Chen, aged 47, has over 18 years of experience in real estate enterprise management and graduated from the School of Economics and Management of Henan University in June 1999; he has served as chairman of the board of Henan Duolun Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. since December 2010, as a director of Anyang Jianye Urban Development Co., Ltd. since April 2013, and as an executive director of Central China Management Company Limited (stock code: 09982) from 9 January 2023 to 1 July 2025.
The announcement disclosed that Mr. Chen has entered into a service contract with the Company for a term of three years from 16 September 2026, with annual remuneration of approximately HKD 120,000 determined with reference to his experience, duties and responsibilities, workload and time commitment to the Group, and he is subject to retirement by rotation and re-election. Ms. Qiao Shumin, the spouse of Mr. Chen, holds an interest in approximately 12.857% of the Company's issued share capital, and by reason of the spousal relationship Mr. Chen is deemed interested in those shares as a family interest under the Securities and Futures Ordinance; he will make the required notifications to the Stock Exchange and the Company following his appointment.
