NewTimeSpace News: On 16 September 2026, Xin Yuan Enterprises Group Limited (stock code: 01748.HK) announced that, following the termination of Mr. Chen Jiagan's service as an executive director with effect from 10 September 2026, he also ceased to be an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules; Mr. Liu Dunyu, an executive director, has been appointed as an authorised representative of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules on 16 September 2026 to fill the temporary vacancy, while the company secretary, Ms. Lei Meijia, continues to act as the other authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules.
The announcement disclosed that, at the request of the Company, trading in the Company's shares has been suspended on the Stock Exchange since 9:00 a.m. on 21 February 2025 and will remain suspended until the Company fulfils the resumption guidance.
