NewTimeSpace News: On 15 September 2026, Asian Citrus Holdings Limited (stock code: 00073.HK) announced that on 14 September 2026 the Group disposed of an aggregate of 590 MSFT shares on the market through Cheer Kind at an average price of approximately USD 503.73 per MSFT share, for a total consideration of approximately USD 297,200.70 (equivalent to approximately HKD 2,320,000), excluding transaction costs. Following completion of the disposal, the Group does not hold any MSFT shares.
The announcement disclosed that MSFT is Microsoft Corporation, a US multinational technology company whose ordinary shares are listed on Nasdaq. As the disposal was conducted on the open market, the identity of the counterparty cannot be ascertained; to the best of the Directors' knowledge after making all reasonable enquiries, the counterparty and its ultimate beneficial owner are independent third parties. As one or more of the applicable percentage ratios exceed 5% but are less than 25%, the disposal constitutes a discloseable transaction under Rule 14.06(2) of the Listing Rules and is subject to the reporting and announcement requirements under Chapter 14. The Group expects to recognise an unaudited gain of approximately USD 79,800 (equivalent to approximately HKD 622,000), and the proceeds will be used as general working capital or for other appropriate investment opportunities as and when suitable.
