(stock code: 02658) announced that its Board has approved an H share repurchase plan to repurchase H shares on the market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under the general mandate granted by shareholders at the 2025 annual general meeting held on 19 May 2026. The number of H shares repurchased will not exceed 10% of the issued H shares (excluding treasury H shares, if any) as at the date the repurchase mandate was granted, being 5,899,042 H shares, and the repurchase price will not be 5% or more higher than the average closing price of the H shares on the Stock Exchange over the five trading days preceding each repurchase.
