MAXICITY (02295.HK): Offeror Places 33.98 Million Shares, Restoring Minimum Public Float of 25%

NewTimeSpace News: On 14 September 2026, Maxicity Holdings Limited (stock code: 02295.HK) announced that it has been informed that, in order to restore the Company's public float, as at 10 September 2026, the Offeror, GreenAir Energy Global Limited, had disposed of a total of 33,980,000 Offer Shares to independent third parties through a placing, representing approximately 8.50% of the total number of issued Shares (the "Placing"). Accordingly, the corresponding 33,980,000 Shares were held by the public.
Immediately after the Placing and as at the date of this announcement, the total number of Shares held by the public was 100,000,000 Shares, representing 25% of the total number of issued Shares. Accordingly, the minimum public float requirement of 25% of the total number of issued Shares of the Company under Rule 13.32B(1) of the Listing Rules has been restored.
