- Mr. Ho Yu is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and holds a master's degree of Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Australia.
- Mr. Ho has over 25 years of experience in financial management, company secretarial affairs, accounting and auditing, and meets the requirements under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
- Mr. Wong Chun Kit has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or the Stock Exchange, and he will no longer hold any position in the Group after his resignation.
NewTimeSpace News: On 11 September 2026, Man Sang International Limited (stock code: 00938.HK) announced that Mr. Wong Chun Kit has tendered his resignation as the chief financial officer and company secretary of the Company and will cease to act as an authorised representative of the Company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, with effect from 13 September 2026. After his resignation, Mr. Wong will no longer hold any position in the Group.
Mr. Wong has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and/or the Stock Exchange. The Board expressed its sincere appreciation to Mr. Wong for his contribution to the Company during his tenure of services.
The Board further announced the appointment of Mr. Ho Yu as the new chief financial officer, company secretary and authorised representative, with effect from 13 September 2026. Mr. Ho is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He holds a master's degree of Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. Mr. Ho has over 25 years of experience in the fields of financial management, company secretarial affairs, accounting and auditing, and meets the requirements under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
