GUOQUAN (02517.HK): Grants 90,486,712 Incentive Shares to 126 Employees
NewTimeSpace News: On 10 September 2026, Guoquan Food (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02517) announced that it granted an aggregate of 90,486,712 incentive shares to 126 employee participants under its 2026 H Share Incentive Scheme, subject to acceptance. Executive Director Ms. Luo Na and Employee Director Ms. Zheng Min each received 2,538,000 shares, and Ms. Yang Suxia, an associate of Directors Mr. Yang Mingchao and Ms. Yang Tongyu, received 545,455 shares. Associates of Director Mr. Meng Xianjin, namely Mr. Li Ke, Ms. Yuan Wenting and Mr. Li Qingwei, received 1,818,182, 545,455 and 545,455 shares respectively, while Ms. Liu Xiaonuo, an associate of Ms. Luo Na, received 363,636 shares; the remaining 81,592,529 shares were granted to 119 employees who are not connected persons of the company.
The shares vest in four equal tranches of 25% on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the grant date, tied to core operating profit targets of no less than RMB 600 million, RMB 700 million, RMB 800 million and RMB 1 billion for 2026 to 2029.
