FEIYANG GROUP (01901.HK): Subsidiary Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreements with DingTalk China and Hongxiong AI
NewTimeSpace News: On 10 September 2026, Feiyang International Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 01901) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhejiang Feiyang International Travel Group Co., Ltd. recently entered into strategic cooperation agreements with DingTalk (China) Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Suanmosuanyang Technology Co., Ltd. (Hongxiong AI) on the application of AI in the tourism industry.
Under the agreements, Feiyang International will become a priority service provider and ecosystem partner of DingTalk Qwen in the tourism industry and upgrade its operations and service systems with DingTalk Qwen, while jointly promoting DingTalk AI products and services to tourism customers. With Hongxiong AI, it will build a tourism-specific memory bank on the MemoryBear brain-like memory engine, turning user profiles and service data into retrievable and reusable enterprise-level data assets. Both agreements are framework arrangements and are expected to have no material impact on results for the year ending 31 December 2026.
