SIPAI HEALTH (00314.HK): Completion of acquisition of 100% equity interest in Jianyi Information Technology

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 September 2026, Sipai Health Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 00314) announced that all conditions precedent under the share purchase agreement relating to the acquisition by Bixun Pharmaceutical, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, of 100% equity interests in Shanze Technology and Jianyi Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. have been fulfilled, and completion of the acquisitions took place on 9 September 2026.

According to the announcement, following completion, the target companies have become wholly-owned subsidiaries of the company, and their financial results, assets and liabilities will be consolidated into the company's consolidated financial statements from September 2026.

The company had previously published announcements in respect of the acquisition on 18 March 2026 and 13 April 2026, which constitutes a discloseable transaction.
