PROSPER ONE (01470.HK): Appoints Ms. Li Hua as Independent Non-Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: On 10 September 2026, Prosper One International Holdings Company Limited (stock code: 01470) announced the appointment of Ms. Li Hua as an independent non-executive director and Nomination Committee member, effective the same date, for a term ending 9 September 2027. Ms. Li, 50, holds a Bachelor of Laws from Shandong University (June 2004) and has practised at Shandong Faya Law Firm since August 2008, focusing on corporate legal advisory, governance and compliance, and commercial contracts.

The Board and the Nomination Committee now each comprise directors and members of different genders, enabling the Company to re-comply with Listing Rule 13.92(2) and Corporate Governance Code provision B.3.5.
