AK MEDICAL (01789.HK): Unveils Shareholder Dividend Plan, Raising Payout Ratio to No Less Than 55% for FY2026 and 60% for FY2027-2028

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 September 2026, AK Medical Holdings Limited (stock code: 01789) announced that, based on confidence in future performance and long-term prospects and its sound cash flow position, the Board has resolved to adopt a new dividend policy (the Shareholder Dividend Distribution and Return Plan): for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2026, the annual dividend payout ratio will be raised to no less than 55% of the annual profit attributable to equity shareholders as stated in the audited consolidated financial statements, and for each of the fiscal years ending 31 December 2027 and 2028, the payout ratio will be raised to no less than 60%.
