CHINA ENV TEC (00646.HK): Appoints Shu Zhongwen as Executive Director and Managing Director; Professor Geng Lin as Independent Non-Executive Director

NewTimeSpace News: On 9 September 2026, China Environmental Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 00646) announced that, with effect from 9 September 2026, Mr. Shu Zhongwen has been appointed as executive director and managing director, and Professor Geng Lin has been appointed as independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and nomination committee of the Board.

Mr. Shu, 53, graduated from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology and has over 20 years of experience in corporate and project management. He currently serves as executive director and chief executive officer of Manfu International (stock code: 08511), and previously served as CEO of Haobai International (08431) and executive director and CEO of Qiaoxiong International (00381). Professor Geng, 62, holds a PhD in materials science from Harbin Institute of Technology, where he long served as dean and Party secretary of the School of Materials Science and Engineering. He has published over 300 SCI-indexed papers and holds 48 authorized national invention patents in metal matrix composites.
