NewTimeSpace News: On 9 September 2026, Baiying Holdings Group Limited (stock code: 08525) announced that it had fulfilled all conditions required by the GEM Listing Review Committee decision and the resumption guidance of the Stock Exchange, and had applied for resumption of trading in its shares from 9:00 a.m. on 10 September 2026. Trading in the shares has been suspended since 9 June 2025, following resumption guidance issued by the Exchange on 16 June 2025 requiring the company to demonstrate compliance with Rule 17.26 of the GEM Listing Rules (sufficient business operations and assets) and to inform the market of all material information.

According to the announcement, the group operates three businesses: finance leasing services, financial information services and paper products trading. In response to concerns over the sustainability of the finance leasing business and reliance on the controlling shareholder, the company stated that it has obtained banking facilities of RMB 400 million from six different banks and financial institutions without guarantees from the controlling shareholder (approximately RMB 210.6 million of which has been drawn), and no utilised bank loans are guaranteed by the controlling shareholder. The group has operated independently in Fujian for 16 years, with the finance leasing business supported by a 12-person business development team covering five prefecture-level cities (Xiamen, Quanzhou, Putian, Nanping and Zhangzhou), and plans a three-phase expansion (H2 2026, 2027, 2028) into Fuzhou, Sanming, Longyan and Ningde. The financial information services business operates through subsidiary Baisun, providing a SaaS customer relationship management system named Rui Shun Tong to small and medium-sized financial intermediaries, with the number of customers increasing from 13 in January 2026 to 44 in August 2026.

The group recorded revenue of approximately RMB 45.4 million for FY2025 and RMB 40.6 million for the first six months of 2026, and expects revenue to exceed RMB 80 million and RMB 90 million for FY2026 and FY2027 respectively; total assets were approximately RMB 543.2 million and net assets approximately RMB 279.0 million as of 30 June 2026. The board considers that the group's operating scale, ongoing revenue generation and profitability demonstrate a substantive business, and that all resumption guidance has been fulfilled.
