JY GAS (01407.HK): Pledge Over 49.5% Shareholding by Controlling Shareholders Fully Released

On 8 September 2026, JY GAS (01407.HK) announced that the pledge over an aggregate 217,800,000 shares, approximately 49.5% of the company's issued shares held by controlling shareholders LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding, has been fully released and discharged on 8 September 2026. Both entities are wholly owned by chairman and CEO Mr. Luan Xiaolong and together retain approximately 49.5% of the company.

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 September 2026, JY Gas Limited (stock code: 01407) announced that the controlling shareholders LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding had previously pledged 184,800,000 and 33,000,000 ordinary shares respectively (approximately 49.5% of the total issued shares as of 2 September 2025) as security for loans extended to LXL Phoenix. The company has been notified that the pledged shares were fully released and discharged on 8 September 2026.

LXL Phoenix and SEGM Holding are both wholly owned by Mr. Luan Xiaolong, the company's controlling shareholder, chairman, executive director and chief executive officer, and together they continue to hold approximately 49.5% of the company's total issued shares.
