DELTON (01989.HK): Completes Registration of RMB 96 Million Capital Increase in Wholly-owned Subsidiary Huangshi Guanghe, Raising Registered Capital to RMB 876 Million

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 September 2026, Delton Technology (Guangzhou) Inc. (stock code: 01989) announced that, following the board resolution at the 25th meeting of the second session of the board on 27 May 2026, the company had approved the use of RMB 96 million of proceeds from its fund raising to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Huangshi Guanghe Precision Circuit Co., Ltd. (Huangshi Guanghe), for the implementation of its fund-raising investment projects. Upon completion of the capital increase, the registered capital of Huangshi Guanghe increased from RMB 780 million to RMB 876 million.

According to the announcement, Huangshi Guanghe has recently completed the registration and filing procedures for the industrial and commercial changes and obtained a renewed business licence issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone and Tieshan District. Following the changes, Huangshi Guanghe has a registered capital of RMB 876 million and Xiao Hongxing as its legal representative, with a business scope covering research, development, production and sales of electronic components and circuit boards, research, consulting and services for industrial automation technology, as well as import and export of goods and technology.
