NewTimeSpace News: On 8 September 2026, OOH Holdings Limited (stock code: 08091) announced that its major shareholder, Silver Pro Investments Limited, had sold an aggregate of 93,960,000 shares of the company to Mr. Leung Chun Wai, Mr. Yam Wai Shing and Mr. Yau Siu Yeung, representing approximately 13.05% of the company's total issued share capital, for a total consideration of HKD 2,818,800, equivalent to HKD 0.03 per share.

According to the announcement, immediately before the sale, Silver Pro held 93,960,000 shares, representing approximately 13.05% of the company's total issued share capital. Under the sale, Silver Pro disposed of 60,960,000 shares, 13,000,000 shares and 20,000,000 shares to Mr. Leung, Mr. Yam and Mr. Yau, respectively. Immediately after completion of the sale, Silver Pro no longer holds any shares, while Mr. Leung, Mr. Yam and Mr. Yau hold 60,960,000 shares, 18,832,000 shares and 30,800,000 shares, representing approximately 8.47%, 2.62% and 4.28% of the company's total issued share capital, respectively.

The announcement noted that Silver Pro is wholly owned by Mr. Sze Koon Kui, a non-executive director; Mr. Leung is an executive director, Mr. Yam is the general manager of business development of the company and a son of Ms. Chau Wai Chu, the controlling shareholder, executive director and chairlady, and Mr. Yau is a director of a subsidiary of the company.
