DEEPZERO (02723.HK) and BIDU-W (09888.HK): Qualify for Southbound Stock Connect and Fast-addition to HKEX Tech 100, Effective 14 September

NewTimeSpace News: On 8 September 2026, DEEPZERO (02723.HK) and BIDU-W (09888.HK) have met the eligibility requirements for Southbound trading under Stock Connect, and have satisfied the fast-addition criteria of the HKEX Tech 100 Index. The two stocks will be added to the HKEX Tech 100 Index and the HKEX Tech and US Tech 100 Index after the market close on 11 September 2026, with the changes taking effect on 14 September 2026.

Following the inclusion in the Southbound-eligible list, Southbound capital will be able to trade both stocks through the Southbound channel of Shanghai-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect; their addition to the HKEX Tech 100 Index and HKEX Tech and US Tech 100 Index will also prompt corresponding portfolio adjustments by related index-tracking products.
