Guoyuan International Holdings pointed out that the Hong Kong stock market is currently still mainly characterized by sector rotation. Some high-dividend sectors are relatively advantaged amid low valuations, policy expectations, and improved capital preference; the industry trend of the technology sector has not changed significantly, but in an environment of rising overseas interest rate pressure, the market will place greater emphasis on the actual delivery of orders, revenue, profit, and free cash flow.

In terms of allocation, one may continue to pay attention to financial directions such as banks and insurance, as well as energy companies with cost and cash flow advantages; for the technology sector, the focus should be on selecting AI hardware, semiconductor, and infrastructure companies with relatively strong fundamental certainty. In the short term, "index volatility, with divergence and rotation among industry sectors" remains the baseline scenario.
