SHOUGANG LANZA (02553.HK): H shares included in Stock Connect eligible securities list effective 7 September

On 7 September 2026, SHOUGANG LANZA (02553.HK) voluntarily announced that its H shares had been included in the eligible securities list of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively, Stock Connect), effective from the same day, enabling eligible mainland investors to buy and sell its H shares directly through the scheme, which is expected to broaden the company's investor base and may increase the trading liquidity of its H shares.

NewTimeSpace News: On 7 September 2026, Beijing Shougang Lanzatech Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 02553) voluntarily announced that its H shares had been included in the eligible securities list of the Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect and the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect (collectively, Stock Connect), effective from 7 September 2026.

Following the inclusion, eligible mainland Chinese investors will be able to buy and sell the company's H shares directly through the Stock Connect scheme, which is expected to further broaden the company's investor base and may increase the trading liquidity of its H shares.
