IMPACT THERAP-B (07630.HK): H shares included in Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect lists effective 7 September

(stock code: 07630) voluntarily announced that, according to announcements published by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange respectively, the Company's H shares have been included in the eligible securities lists under the Shanghai-Hong Kong and Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, effective from 7 September 2026.

Following the inclusion, eligible investors in Mainland China will be able to invest directly in the Company's H shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Company considers that the inclusion will help further broaden its investor base and is expected to enhance the trading liquidity of its H shares.
