As the applicable percentage ratios exceed 5% but are below 25%, the subscription constitutes a discloseable transaction under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.

The fund is an open-ended Irish UCITS fund managed by J.P. Morgan Mansart Management Limited, tracking the Solactive SOFR Daily Total Return Index with a target performance of SOLSOFR + 30 p.a.
