On 4 September 2026, CBHB (09668.HK) announced the completion of its 2026 financial bonds (Tranche I) of RMB 15.0 billion with a three-year tenor and a 1.60% coupon, accruing interest from 4 September 2026, with proceeds to replenish funding and optimise the liability structure.

(stock code: 09668) announced that, following approval by the first extraordinary general meeting in 2024 and the People's Bank of China, the Bank issued its 2026 financial bonds (Tranche I) in the national interbank bond market. The bonds were registered on 2 September 2026 and commenced accruing interest on 4 September 2026.

According to the announcement, the bonds have a total issuance size of RMB 15.0 billion, with a three-year tenor and a fixed coupon rate of 1.60% per annum. The proceeds will be used, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory approvals, to meet asset-liability allocation needs, replenish funding sources, optimise the liability maturity structure and support sound business development.
